Our story is not just a typical story whereas we've met through friends of friends or something in common or we've met in random events. Mhay and I we're 101% strangers, never met to any event, don't have any mutual friends, we lived almost 40KM apart, don't have in common hobbies or any work related. She is a Filipino teacher meanwhile I'm a WFH Web Developer.

The mystery is how we met? It's through a dating app called "Badoo", I was strayed to the app because I was "bored" meanwhile she's there because needed someone to talk to. We all agree that we can share anything to a stranger right? No prejudice, no judgement, just a casual mouth breath and you'll never think you guys cross each other again.

July 10, 2022 - I'm swiping randomly and really don't know what I'm doing. I'm all aware that she's using dummy photo and dummy name. Who can be trolled with obvious DP where using a blurred photo of a celebrity right? Suddenly, it showed in my screen "It's a Match!" and then a typical joker. I throw an old Rizz, the "Buti hindi ka napilay" Rizz.

She laughed hard, I can sensed it when she replied back, and time goes by day after day we've talked a lot of things, she gave his "true" name and Facebook profile lol. That's when were started to become personal. Talking a deeper topics, knowing more and more. That's the time we decided to meet on SM San Jose, that's a two-hour drive on my side meanwhile she needs to travel like almost an hour to get there.

It's a great short date between us talking more about ourselves and it's really obvious it was never be the last date. It's a really quick dates and July 28, 2022 we decided to add "label" in our relationship.

We were challenged a lot of things in the next 6 months, but we grew strong together and we matured together through those times, and being wfh and she's a public teacher, we have inverted time. She awake, I'm sleeping and vice versa, but still the things gone work out. There's one thing that I'm thinking from the very first day we met. Is she truly the one? I prayed and prayed for 6 months, asking for an answer.

December 2022, I decided to layed an intention that no one ever expect. I planned a proposal on myself, book a getaway, we trekked gone to "The Secret Haven". It's a great place but yet a challenging place to go to, December 18, 2022 I propose and she said YES! I know this things left too many questions.

Why it took almost 3 years before we get marry? We tried, really, but the things were not aligned like we plan. Financial issues, family related issues, and many things. In short, it can't prosper. But because of this amazing person and a little push to leap faith. Robert encourage us to step a leap of faith and guided us well.

So we're really thankful for those people who help us to prosper this plan, to our friend Love Momentos, Robert, Victory Bulacan, and the one true God who help us, and gave us blessings to have this circle of friends. We didn't deserve this kind of Love, but God Himself showed the love for us, God sent His one and only Son to portray how God love us. He lived the life we should live and He died the death we should died - in our place. And after three days He rose from the dead proving He is the Son of God and offering salvation and forgiveness of sins to everyone who repents and believes in Him.
